Patty Gardner
About the artist:
Patty was born and raised in Pasco WA and has always loved art and creating things. Her art is mostly all self-taught although lately she has enjoyed traveling to far away places to learn first hand from many different instructors. She mostly enjoys painting with oils but also loves playing with watercolors, sketching "journal style", quilting and working with natural fibers to create one-of-kind fiber art wall hangings. She was also a super scrapbooker in years past which resulted in stacks and stacks of beautiful papers. She has turned to torn paper collage and mixed media to use up her stash of paper and found objects. These unique creations are a special source of joy for her and are especially satisfying.
